Mr. Pham Thanh Tuan - Managing partner
Pham Thanh Tuan has nearly 10 years as a senior consultant in the laws at Vietnamese and foreign lawyer offices. Mr. Tuan founded the Vietin. Mr. Tuan attained his Bachelor of Law degree at the Hanoi University of Law. He then went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the Hanoi University of Law. He is admitted as an official member of the Bar Association of Hanoi and member of the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific. His particular strengths are in the field of foreign direct investment, operational review, corporate governance and restructuring, real estate, dispute resolution and intellectual property. Mr. Tuan specializes in the labour and construction. He is involved in a wide range of both individual and collective litigation. Mr. Tuan also granted the license of intellectual property representative issued by the National office of intellectual property of Vietnam.
