Mr. Tuan attained his Bachelor of Law degree at the Hanoi University of Law. He then went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the Hanoi University of Law. He is admitted as an official member of the Bar Association of Hanoi and member of the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific. His particular strengths are in the field of foreign direct investment, operational review, corporate governance and restructuring, real estate, dispute resolution and intellectual property.
